Meeting Agenda

Appointed by the City Council, the Board of Adjustment has the power to grant variances from zoning property development regulations and certain provisions of the sign ordinance. In addition the Board of Adjustment has the power to hear and decide upon administrative appeals in the enforcement of the Zoning regulations as well as variances to the building codes.

The Board of Adjustment meetings are only scheduled when an application is submitted.

The above dates are scheduled Board of Adjustment meeting dates. The complete application date is the date a complete application is submitted to be scheduled for the Board of Adjustment date for that month. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Any application submitted after the date shown in that month will be scheduled for the next monthly meeting date. If no applications are filed, a meeting will not be held. Meeting dates and application dates are subject to change, and should be verified with Development Services staff.
