| 2009 Swim Season for City Municipal Pools The Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park Pool and the Town Pool on Travis Street will be open for the season starting June 6, 2009. The Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park Pool will be open daily from 1:30 P.M. to 7:00P.M.. The Town Pool is now closed for the 2009 season The admission fee at both pools is $1.00 per swimmer and it is for all age levels. Kiddie Pool is free. Swim diapers must be worn for all non potty trained swimmers.
Holiday Schedule: The PARK POOL ONLY will be open for Memorial Day Weekend: Saturday, May 23rd, and Sunday, May 24th Saturday, May 30th and Sunday May31st Swim Time - 1:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Admission - $ 1.00 per swimmer Swim Lesson Registration Sign-up for the City Sponsored "Learn To Swim Program" will be held on Friday, May 22nd from 3:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. and Saturday, May, 23rd from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon at the Town Pool. Sessions:
Charges for the 10 Lessons: $20.00 per student for level 1 through 6. All fees are payable when registering and all lessons will be at the town pool. All class sizes are limited as to the number of students. If a Level is filled, a sign-up sheet for an additional class is available and if enough sign up , a class may be formed.
