Inspections are conducted using the state form. Demerits are taken in 3, 2, and 1 point increments. The Food Establishment Grading System is based on a 100 point scale. The letter grade can be found below:

If an establishment has 31 or more demerits a re-inspection will be conducted within 10 days. The re-inspection score will be posted simultaneously with the failing score.
Inspections are posted on site at each establishment. The numeric and letter scores are posted online monthly.
