Ordinance Amendment
An amendment to the Gillespie County Health Division's food regulation ordinance is available. The amendment applies to the Gillespie County food regulation order as well.
Section 8-116 Food Handler's Certificate is added to the ordinance.

The application for the classroom session of Food Handlers offered by Gillespie County Health Division can be found
here. Application and registration fee must be submitted at least one week prior to the class date. Classes will be held the last Monday of every month from 2:00-4:00pm. Ten or more people are required to register in order to conduct a course.
