It is recommended that reservations be made far in advance.  Facility reservations may be made starting just after midnight each night, 365 days in advance, or over the phone or in-person at LBJ Municipal Park Headquarters during regular hours, if the facility is still available.
Full payment is required at the time of reservation to hold your reservation. Checks and cash only.

Tatsch House $200

It is recommended that reservations be made far in advance. This popular venue is booked for most weekends early in the year. Facility reservations may be made starting just after midnight each night, 365 days in advance, or over the phone or in-person at LBJ Municipal Park Headquarters during regular hours, if the facility is still available. A security deposit and contract is required. Payment is required at the time of reservation to hold your reservation. Rental fee is due 30 days prior to your event date.

Pioneer Pavilion $625

Marktplatz

It is recommended that reservations be made far in advance for this popular event venue.  Facility reservations request may be made online starting just after midnight each night, 365 days in advance or make an appointment for an in-person reservation. Payment is required at the time of reservation.

Reservations for Marktplatz may be made by calling City Hall at (830) 990-2044, or completing our online rental agreement.

Pavilion daily fees

Adelsverein Halle; $250.00 - Located on the corner of Adams and Austin St., the largest pavilion
Oktoberfest Halle; $150.00 - Lies perpendicular, just to the west of Adelsverein Halle
Kinder Halle; $150.00 - Sits adjacent to the playground at Marktplatz
Catering Kitchen; $50.00 - Located across the parking lot from Adelsverein Halle
Fest Room; $50.00 - A room for changing or staging in the building with the police station
*Non-profits receive a 50% discount off the reservation fees listed above.
