If you have an active warrant pending in the Fredericksburg Municipal Court, please contact the Clerk of the Court at (830) 997-9935 to make arrangements to clear the warrant. You may make
payments online or in person.
Payment Plans
If you are unable to pay a fine in full, you may ask the Court to order you to make payments. A Time Payment Reimbursement Fee of $15.00 must be added to each case paid by payment plan (per TX C.C.P. ART.102.030). This Fee will be added to the total due for each case that is not paid in full within thirty (30) days from the date the Judgment is entered.
Requesting Community Service in lieu of paying a fine
If you are indigent and unable to pay a fine, you may ask the Court to order you to complete Community Service in lieu of paying the fine.
