Certain variances to the Watering Restrictions may be granted. An application must be submitted to the Code Enforcement Department.

Watering Schedule with Variance

Watering of newly seeded or sodded lawns or newly planted trees, shrubs or landscape plants will be allowed no more frequently than on the following schedule:

• Days 1 - 14 from planting: 3 times per day, every day of such period at any time of day
• Days 15 - 28 from planting: 2 times per day, every day of such period at any time of day

Proof of Variance

Any person or entity that is issued a variance must provide proof of the variance on demand by any peace officer, code enforcement officer or other person authorized by the City to enforce this requirement.
