The Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce will host the AfterGlow portion of the parade at Fredericksburg's Marktplatz on Main in the center of town. AfterGlow, which is free to the public and open from 3-9 pm, will include diverse foods, local wines, holiday shopping and family entertainment. From 8-10 p.m., Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for free photos in his sleigh. The photo area will be staged on Marktplatz adjacent to the Vereins Kirche. In the nearby Oktoberfest Halle there will be a children's activity area. Don't forget about the shopping! The only thing better than shopping is knowing that your purchases are benefiting the non-profit organizations that provide valuable support and service to our community. All of the Holiday Sharing Village exhibitors are local non-profits who have come together to offer a unique retail offering and a chance to learn about and support important missions
