Fredericksburg, Texas – The City of Fredericksburg recently promoted Tyler Baethge (STR Specialist/Development Services), Jan Musgrove (Planner 1/Development Services) and Kyle Treibs (Assistant Superintendent/Electric).
Baethge, who was previously a Utility Billing Analyst in the City’s Finance Department, will now be tasked as STR Specialist with all Short-Term Rental items for the Development Services Department, including permit applications and renewals and inspection scheduling. She is newly married to Kim Ross Baethge.
Musgrove, who was the STR Specialist for the past 18 months, will now take over Planner 1 duties. She will assist Senior Planner Shelby Collier in all planner aspects of Development Services for the City. Musgrove is married to Aaron with one grown daughter.
Treibs has worked in the Electric Department for 21 years, including five years as a groundman and apprentice and 16 years as a lineman. In his new role as Assistant Superintendent, he will oversee substation maintenance, overhead and underground construction, design, and troubleshooting, while also managing metering and meter testing, fiber installation, terminating, testing, and mapping. Treibs was instrumental in the design of the City’s New Year’s Ball. He is married to Carin with two daughters: Jayecee and Bailee.
