Fredericksburg, Texas – City of Fredericksburg buildings, facilities and offices will be closed in observance of Texas Independence Day on Monday, March 3. Changes to regular operating hours are as follows: 

City Hall
Closed Monday, March 3 | Reopening Tuesday, March 4

 Animal Shelter
Closed Monday, March 3 | Reopening Tuesday, March 4

 Gillespie County Health Division
Closed Monday, March 3 | Reopening Tuesday, March 4

 Law Enforcement Offices
Closed Monday, March 3 | Reopening Tuesday, March 4

 Municipal Court
Closed Monday, March 3 | Reopening Tuesday, March 4

 Recycling Center
Closed Monday, March 3 | Reopening Tuesday, March 4

 Sanitary Landfill
Closed Monday, March 3 | Reopening Tuesday, March 4

 Garbage collection will remain on the regular schedule. There are no garbage collection holidays, but customers are asked to have their trash can out to the curb by 7 a.m.
